Terms of Service Rental Agreement: Golden State Disposal

 

Vandalism & Graffiti are the responsibility of the person or company renting the bin. Any bin picked up that has been vandalized or graffitied will be charged a minimum of $175 for painting and a minimum of $500 for any structural repair that needs to be done.

40 Yard DOB Container for Trash - Up to 10 tons of C&D, Green waste, or household trash is acceptable for this container. Additional tonnage over quoted will be charged at our standard rate per ton.

If loaded with dirt or concrete over 15" high, a damage repair charge of $1000 minimum will be added for broken welds or flooring due to overloading. Loads over the 10 Ton Maximum will be charged an additional $250 Fee.

No Paint, Oil, Freon, Gasoline, Chemicals, Electronics, or other hazardous materials are allowed. For a complete list of items not permitted, please see the OC Landfill website at www.oclandfills.com for a full list of all exclusions.

If you have any concerns, it is your responsibility to call and get approval any items other than stated above prior to loading. Do not fill bin above the top of rails, we will not remove if overloaded and a dead run fee of $175 will be applied if no one is available to offload or adjust the load for transport.

10 Yard Lowboy Dirt Only ($725) - Up to 10 tons of "clean" dirt that can be taken and recycled is acceptable for this container. Mixed trash, roots, rebar, concrete, plastic piping, tile, brick or other items will result in the load being recategorized as trash and billed accordingly as it will be rerouted to the landfill for disposal. Depending on the level of contamination, we can choose to sort and dispose of trash items for $200 rather than taking the entire load to landfill. Do not fill the bin above the top of the rails. Loads over 10 Tons will be charged an additional $250 Fee. Loads that are too heavy will not be removed and a dead run fee of $175 will be applied and the bin will need to be unloaded prior to return.

10 Yard Lowboy Concrete Only ($725) - Up to 10 tons of "clean" concrete that can be taken and recycled is acceptable for this container. Mixed trash, roots, rebar, concrete, plastic piping, tile, brick or other items will result in the load being recategorized as trash and billed accordingly as it will be rerouted to the landfill for disposal. Container contents must be separated (Concrete in front, Dirt in back, or vice versa). If Dirt or Concrete are stacked on top of one another (pancaked) the load will be recategorized as trash and billed accordingly as it will be rerouted to the landfill. If container contains trash, roots, rebar, plastic piping, tile, brick or other items, the load will be recategorized as trash and billed accordingly as it will be rerouted to the landfill for disposal. Depending on the level of contamination, we can choose to sort and dispose of trash items for $200 rather than taking the entire load to landfill. Do not fill the bin above the top of the rails. 10 Yard Lowboy Mixed ($925) - Up to 10 tons of concrete, brick, & tile that can be taken and recycled are acceptable for this container. If the container contains trash, roots, rebar, plastic piping, green waste or other items, the load will be recategorized as trash and billed accordingly as it will be rerouted to the landfill for disposal. Depending on the level of contamination, we can choose to sort and dispose of trash items for $200 rather than taking the entire load to landfill. Do not fill the bin above the top of the rails. Loads over 10 Tons will be charged an additional $250 Fee. Loads that are too heavy will not be removed and a dead run fee of $175 will be applied and the bin will need to be unloaded prior to return.

Any excluded items found in the bin will be charged as follows: Paint $25, TV $35, Electronics Small $25, Electronic Large $50, Tires $25, and Pesticides $50.

The minimum charge for any contaminants not listed is $25 to be determined by Golden State Disposal based on disposal requirements.
